Post a review on r/internationalshopper, then email us the link to your post. We check it by hand and send you a personal coupon: ¥500, or ¥750 if your review includes photos of your order.
How it works
Using a coupon in 4 steps
Get your coupon
Use the Christmas code, or receive your personal coupon by email once we have checked your review.
Send your request
Request your items as usual. We confirm availability and the total with you before you pay.
Enter the code
On your payment page, click “Have a coupon code?”, enter the code and the email address of your order, then apply it.
See your discount
The coupon shows as its own line in your payment details, and the total is updated before you pay.

Coupon rules
- A coupon takes ¥500 or ¥750 off our service fee only. It does not apply to the price of the items, shipping or taxes.
- The discount can never be higher than the service fee of your order.
- Each coupon can be used once per customer.
- One coupon per payment.
- Personal coupons only work with the email address they were sent to.
- Reviews are welcome whatever your opinion: we ask for your honest feedback, and your coupon does not depend on your rating.

Coupon questions
Where do I enter my code?
On your payment page, in your details: click “Have a coupon code?”. A coupon cannot be added once the payment is made.
Can I use two coupons on the same order?
No: one coupon per payment. Each coupon can still be used once, on a different payment.
When will I receive my review coupon?
We check reviews by hand, then email your personal coupon as soon as it is verified.
My code is refused. What can I do?
Check that you typed it exactly, with the same email address as your order. If it still does not work, email us and we will look into it.
