Payment before purchase
We never advance funds — you pay for the item and our fee before we buy anything on your behalf.

PayPal address is final
To keep PayPal's Seller Protection intact, orders ship only to the address on your completed PayPal payment.

We can't find items that are truly sold out
We're always happy to search, but we don't have unlimited stock — Pokémon items especially sell out fast, and if something is genuinely unavailable everywhere, we can't do better than you. Any search we do is billed, whether or not it succeeds.

Store limits respected
We always respect per-customer purchase limits and never use multiple accounts to bypass them.

Regulated items, case by case
Batteries, liquids and similar goods are reviewed individually. We don't ship tobacco, weapons or anything illegal to send.
