How package forwarding works

Many Japanese stores and individual sellers — including plenty of Yahoo Auctions and Mercari listings — only ship within Japan. With our forwarding service, you buy the item yourself and have it shipped to our Tokyo address instead of your own. We receive it, check it in, and store it safely in our warehouse until you're ready.

This is especially useful if you're ordering from several sellers over time: instead of paying international shipping on every single package, you can let them pile up with us and ship everything together in one consolidated box once you're done — a real saving on shipping costs.
