Online purchases
Calculated individually based on the item and its price — no flat rate. Domestic Japan shipping, packing, final international shipping and PayPal fees are billed separately when they apply.
Physical store visits
Priced individually based on the store, location, number of stops and time required — there's no flat rate. The visit fee is paid upfront to reserve your spot, even if the item turns out to be sold out.
No hidden fees
Every cost is communicated clearly before any payment. What we quote is what you pay.
