EMS is ideal for most orders under ¥20,000. Delivery takes 5-10 business days to Europe and North America, slightly longer to South America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Japan Post has recently expanded EMS availability to new markets including parts of South America and Southeast Asia previously underserved.

• USA important note: For EMS shipments to the USA, declared value as gift should not exceed $100. Above this threshold, US customs may assess duties and the package may be delayed or inspected. For orders above $100, we recommend FedEx or DHL.

• Tracking: Full end-to-end tracking via Japan Post and local postal services.

FedEx International Priority

FedEx is the best choice for high-value orders to the USA and Canada. Unlike EMS, there is no declared value restriction — FedEx handles customs clearance professionally and efficiently. Delivery is typically 2-4 business days to North America.

• Best for: USA/Canada orders above $100, high-value items, time-sensitive deliveries.

• Customs: Professional clearance — fewer delays than EMS for high-value items.

DHL Express

Yamato Transport (TA-Q-BIN)
