Comiket is the world's largest doujinshi convention — hundreds of thousands of attendees, cash-only tables, and print runs that sell out within minutes. We queue and buy in person so you don't have to be in Tokyo to get what you want.

What is Comiket?

Comic Market (Comiket) is a twice-yearly doujinshi convention held at Tokyo Big Sight, drawing well over 500,000 visitors across summer and winter events. Thousands of circles — independent creators and small groups — sell self-published manga, art books, fan works, and indie games alongside official corporate booths.

Almost everything is cash-only, quantities are limited, and popular circles can sell out within the first hour. There's no official international shipping from most circles, and the event itself only runs for a day or two — if you're not there in person, you simply can't buy.

Good to know before you request

Comic Market 108 (Summer 2026) runs August 15–16, and Comic Market 109 (Winter 2026) is expected around December 30–31 — always confirm exact dates on comiket.co.jp closer to the event, as they can shift. We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks in advance so we have time to research circles and plan the day, and please note availability is never guaranteed until we've actually secured the item — first come, first served applies to everyone, including us.
