What you will see

The exhibition looks at the infection themes of the series through four areas and a final room.

  • Evidence of Fear: development materials about the infection elements, with life-size villain figures up close.
  • The Origin Virus area: the T-virus and the creatures it transformed.
  • Facing the Parasites area: Plaga and infected creatures, ending with a life-size Albert Wesker figure shown publicly for the first time.
  • Special Fungus and Hallucinations area: a figure of Alcina Dimitrescu, about 290 cm tall, made for this exhibition.
  • Memories of Those Who Stand Against Them: the series' protagonists. A life-size Leon S. Kennedy figure has been announced.
  • A THE WORLD OF BIOHAZARD theater, and more plans to be announced by the organizer.

How the tickets work

Every ticket is for a specific date and time slot.

  • Groups gather at :00 and :30 of each hour. Arriving after your slot may mean being refused, without a refund.
  • No group, senior or disability discounts. Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or reissued, and resale or transfer is strictly forbidden.
  • Online sales are paused every Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:30 to 5:30 (Japan time) for maintenance.
  • A limited bonus (a framed set of past key-art pins, 2,500 pieces) was sold by lottery and is listed as sold out. Some sessions may already show as sold out, so check Ticket Pia for current availability.

Goods and the official shop

The shop is at the end of the exhibition and can only be entered by visitors on the day of their visit.

  • One checkout per visitor. Quantities are limited and per-person limits may apply.
  • Some items go on sale later in the run, so the line-up can change during the exhibition.
  • No returns or exchanges, except for defective items reported within 7 days with the receipt. Photography is banned in the shop.

Rules worth knowing

  • Photos and video are allowed with a smartphone only. No digital cameras, flash, selfie sticks or tripods, and no photos in the theater or the shop.
  • No re-entry, no large luggage or strollers, no cloakroom, no food or drink inside, and no toilets inside the venue.
  • No cosplay or clothing that disturbs other visitors.
  • The content is rated for all ages, but it includes violent, bloody and horror material.

How Kizuna helps

Tickets cannot be transferred or resold, so we never sell you a ticket and we cannot enter in your place. What we do is visit the exhibition ourselves with our own ticket and shop for you.

  • Send us the goods you want and your budget. We buy them in the official shop, within the per-person limits.
  • If an item is released later in the run, we can check again and buy it then.
  • We send photos of your items, pack them carefully and ship them with tracking, usually by EMS.
  • Availability is never guaranteed until we hold the item, and shop stock is first come, first served.

Before you go

This information comes from the Ticket Pia event page as of October 31, 2026. The organizer can change the program or cancel without notice, so please check the official website and official X account.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Japan proxy service?

A Japan proxy service buys items on your behalf from Japanese websites or physical stores in Tokyo. We act as your local representative — you send us what you want, we purchase it and ship it directly to you worldwide.

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. We communicate every cost clearly before you pay anything. Item price, service fee, and shipping are all broken down separately.

When do I pay?

Payment in two parts: first the item price and service fee before we purchase, then shipping costs once your item is ready to ship.

What if the item arrives damaged?

We photograph everything before shipping. If an item arrives damaged due to our packaging, we work with you to find a solution.
