Christmas orders from Japan: order now, requests accepted until December 5

Why order now

• Limited holiday items sell out. For example, Starbucks Japan's Holiday goods went on sale online on October 30 and arrive in stores on November 2.
• December is busy for carriers and customs, so parcels can take longer than usual.
• For customers in the United States, the Zonos duties payment adds a step before the parcel can leave Japan.
• The earlier your request reaches us, the more options we have if an item is sold out in the first store.

What customers ask for at Christmas

• Starbucks Japan Christmas tumblers, mugs and Bearista goods.
• Seasonal goods from Pokémon Center, Sanrio and other character stores.
• Hobonichi Techo 2027 planners and stationery.
• Anime figures, trading cards and K-pop photocards.
• Gifts from official stores such as Coach, PORTER, Onitsuka Tiger and Sanrio.

How to order before December 5

• 1. Send your request: the item, a link or photo, the color or size, and your budget.
• 2. We check availability in Japan and confirm the total cost with you.
• 3. You pay, and we buy the item in person at the store.
• 4. We send you photos, pack carefully and ship with tracking.

Shipping and delivery times

International parcels go by EMS, and we use Yamato for shipping inside Japan. We cannot guarantee that a parcel will arrive before December 25: delivery depends on EMS, customs checks and your country. This is why we ask you to order as early as possible, and no later than December 5.

Good to know

• Availability is never guaranteed until we hold the item, and stock is first come, first served.
• We confirm the shipping cost with you before any payment.
• Orders placed after December 5 are not part of our Christmas orders.
